We defend all drivers to include commercial drivers, boaters and drivers of recreational vehicles. As a member of the select group of National College of DUI Defense Attorneys, DUI attorney Wasson stays current on all DWI law.  Mr. Wasson has also attended indepth seminars in the defense of the drinking driver at Harvard Law School, Los Angeles, Hawaii, and has most recently completed a seminar on the mastering of scientific evidence in DUI/DWI cases.

Mr. Wasson is also a Certified Instructor for the National Highway Traffic Safety Admininstration for DUI Detection & Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.  He provides actual training on current sobriety testing methods for other DUI defense attorneys throughout central California. In addition, Mr. Wasson is qualified to testify as an expert witness on sobriety testing in criminal court.
